I have a passion for helping women take ownership of their birth and have an empowered experience.
When exploring your options for birth after cesarean, you may want to do things a bit (or a lot) differently. You may also feel overwhelmed by how in the world you’re going to prepare and do all the things when your to-do list seems endless.
That’s where I come in. I spent countless hours during my VBAC pregnancy researching, Googling, reading books, and listening to podcasts. It was time-consuming and not the most efficient process, but I made it work. I created this program to compile all of that information into one place and to make your VBAC preparation that much easier.
